Workshop Willesden is a transformational project that will unlock Dollis Hill’s potential and provide new homes, shops, affordable creative workspace and community facilities, creating a dynamic new destination for local people and visitors alike.

If approved by the London Borough of Brent, Workshop Willesden will deliver a fantastic new gateway into Willesden from Dollis Hill Underground Station, acting as a catalyst to stimulate future regeneration, economic growth and local improvements.

We are a specialist developer focused on transforming challenging sites into vibrant new communities.

Since 2004, we’ve worked on affordable, mixed-use schemes across London, including Minavil House and 255 Ealing Road, both in Brent.

What makes R55 unique is that we retain a long-term interest in and commitment to the communities we create.

We set up a Community Interest Company (CIC) for each project, which manages the flexible workspaces we provide.  This way we are able to offer ongoing support to start-ups in the creative arts. At Workshop Willesden we will be providing 1,868m2 of affordable space for small local businesses.
