In April 2017 we held an initial community consultation event to help shape the future of the site. We have used this feedback to create a sustainable, mixed-use community to deliver much-needed new homes, shops and affordable workspace to the Dollis Hill area.
Of those who attended our consultation event, 97 per cent who completed a feedback form supported the redevelopment of the site and 70 per cent felt that the area would benefit from a supermarket and gym.
We didn’t stop there – we have continued to engage with planning officers at Brent council, councillors, the Greater London Authority and TfL, as well as local residents’ groups to evolve our plans and make sure we’re providing what current and future residents and businesses want.
